Monitor a call

Developers can use action Monitor a call in Programmable flow to attempt monitoring actions:

  • Barge (join the call)
  • Spy (listen only)
  • Whisper (speak to 1 side only) - either callee or caller

Please do note that an Make Call to Developer SIP account action is needed as a prerequisite. This action ensures the supervisor (the one who wants to monitor the call) receive the call before having any monitor action as set-up
